Everyone knows the the IHOP serves pancakes. But did you know they make really good steak tips? Yes, they do. I’ve had them at probably no less than 6 different IHOPs and they are made the same way no matter what state I’m in. It’s the only thing I order there now.

Straight from the menu:

Sirloin Tips & Eggs Grilled, tender, sweet and savory USDA Select sirloin tips with grilled onions and mushrooms. Served with two eggs, hash browns and two buttermilk pancakes.

It comes with hash browns, but I cant stand them so I usually substitute home fries. This IHOP didn’t have home fries.
